As a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Wisbech, you will receive:

  • Complete on target earnings of £37,000 per year

  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm, four weekdays, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your training as a Sales Adviser begins with a week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • State-of-the-art training facility
  • Industry-leading training through individual and group sessions
  • Daily learning from industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester, depending on travel distance
  • Second week of training within the first 5-6 weeks of employment

How you will impact the role:

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Manage valuation activities following the Spicerhaart Way
  • Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
  • Participate in call campaigns for properties for sale, maintaining ROSIE standards
  • Prepare updates for the Morning Meeting on valuation pipeline
  • Lead door-knocking and canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
  • Engage in daily 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Manage portal opportunities on Rightmove and On The Market
  • Respond to intranet leads daily
  • Maintain contact with local owners and close valuation opportunities
  • Generate referral business through excellent customer service
  • Participate in local canvassing, social media, and prospecting activities
  • Answer inbound calls and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
  • Seek opportunities for Google reviews to enhance reputation
