Based in Leeds City Centre

What you'll be doing:

Chat with warm leads (no cold calling!) who are already looking for Life Insurance

Help them understand the best options to protect their families

Be supported by a team that's with you every step of the way

Manage several clients at different stages

Join a crew of 120+ Advisers across the UK, including some of the top performers in the industry

A friendly and confident phone manner

Comfortable with tough personal conversations

Great listening skills and attention to detail

Solid IT know-how to log your calls properly

Ambition to hit goals and constantly improve

A hunger to become an expert in what you do

Experience in customer service, sales, or financial services is a plus, but it's your attitude and drive that count most to us

You don't need years of experience, just the right mindset. We'll give you all the training you need to succeed

What is the shift pattern like?

You'll work 40 hours a week with flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm, including two evenings until 7pm. After your office-based training period, you'll be able to work from home 2 days a week! Your shift times are flexible and agreed with your team leader. The best part? The more you put in, the more you can earn!!
