KEY DUTIES:

1. Optimise sales and individual customer purchases
2. Engage customers by delivering first-class customer service
3. Operate the till and handle financial transactions
4. Replenish stock with our products and brands
5. Assist with deliveries and stock handling regularly
6. Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties
7. Ensure compliance with all company procedures
8. Take responsibility for personal development and seek opportunities for improvement
9. Be responsible for Health and Safety

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM OUR TEAM MEMBERS?

• A warm, friendly, and engaging personality

The contracted hours are a minimum guarantee, but additional hours and flexibility are required, especially during peak periods.

Pay Rates:

£12.40 per hour regardless of age
