Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Adviser at butters john bee in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This role focuses on canvassing and prospecting for new business and is ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in driving valuation activity across the branch.

What You Will Receive
  • £25,000 basic salary

Training and Onboarding

Your journey begins with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, which includes:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester
  • A second week of training within your first five to six weeks
Role Responsibilities
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
  • Owning valuation generation activities within the branch
  • Proactively communicating valuation opportunities via outbound calls
  • Fulfilling call-out campaigns for properties for sale
  • Preparing for and participating in morning meetings
  • Leading door-knocking and canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
  • Engaging in daily 1:1 meetings for coaching and development
  • Managing portal opportunities on Rightmove and On The Market
  • Responding to intranet leads promptly
  • Communicating frequently with local customers to close valuation opportunities
  • Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Participating in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media and leaflet distribution
  • Handling inbound calls and fulfilling applicant registrations
  • Seeking Google reviews from satisfied customers

Minimum Requirements

To be eligible, you need:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence

  • Legal right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate)

Interview via video call may be required during the application process.
