What You Will Receive:
  • £25,000 basic salary

Training and Development:
  • Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Industry-leading training, including one-to-one and group sessions

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
  • Manage valuation activities and generate leads using ROSIE software
  • Engage in proactive outreach via calls, door knocking, social media, and leaflets
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and manage portal opportunities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to generate referrals and positive reviews
  • Participate in regular coaching and business development meetings

Additional Information:

Interviews may be conducted via video call. Support is available through our Employee Assistance Programme. Company contributions towards eye tests and glasses are subject to policy. Successful applicants leaving within 12 months may need to reimburse training costs.
