What You Will Receive:
  • £25,000 basic salary

Training and Development:

Your journey as a Sales Development Representative begins with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, which includes:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester
How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
  • Managing valuation generation activities within the branch
  • Proactively communicating with valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
  • Fulfilling call-out campaigns and maintaining ROSIE standards
  • Preparing updates for morning meetings
  • Leading canvassing and prospecting strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
  • Engaging in daily 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Managing portal opportunities and inbound leads effectively
  • Building relationships with local customers and generating referral business
  • Participating in local canvassing activities, including social media and door knocking
  • Handling inbound calls and fulfilling applicant registrations
  • Seeking opportunities for Google reviews to enhance brand reputation

Minimum Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
