We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our close-knit team and help us continue to grow.

Job Purpose:To handle sales enquiries both internal and external via email and over the phone, along with dealing with customer queries. Ensuring that incoming phone calls and emails are responded to in a professional and timely manner. Work closely with the department’s Logistics Co-ordinator to ensure that customer requirements are always met.

Hours: 7am-5pm Monday-Friday & Saturdays currently 1 in 78am-12pm

Responsibilities for the job role:

  • Engage with customers on incoming sales enquiries either by telephone or email.
  • Handle customer enquiries relating to invoicing.
  • Take ownership of the divisions email inbox to deal with enquiries and queries.
  • Work towards and achieve targeted KPI’s.
  • Assist the team in market research and commercial decision making.
  • Advise customers on requirements including construction materials and site removals.
  • Confidently quote rates and vehicle availabilities.
  • Create customer sales on the division’s digital platform taking all relevant details.
  • Create proforma invoices for customers wanting to pay by transfer.
  • Take credit card payments from non-account customers.
  • Liaising with external bodies in relation to material reports.
  • Communicate with the rest of the team in a professional manner.
