Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the field sales team to ensure a high-quality customer journey from first contact through to order completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound customer calls, emails, and web chats in a timely and professional manner
  • Qualifying sales enquiries and progressing or handing over to field sales representatives as appropriate
  • Preparing accurate quotations and processing sales orders using HubSpot CRM
  • Ensuring customer records are well maintained and up to date within the CRM
  • Liaising with internal departments and the operations team to coordinate smooth delivery and installation of products and services

Requirements

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales support, internal sales or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience using a CRM system, ideally HubSpot
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience in a B2B, technical or industrial setting
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MANTC
  • A full UK driving licence
