In this role you will gain on the job, in-person on the company\'s expertise, including but not limited to Solar PV and EV charger Design. You will be responsible for responding to enquiries in person as well as via the phone and email, providing technical support to customers, preparing solar PV designs and EV charger layouts, supporting the sales process by producing quotes for heat pumps and solar PV systems, as well as providing general administrative support to the operations, aftersales, and accounts teams.
