We are seeking a driven and passionate Sales Administrator to join our client based in Whiteley. Our client is offering an excellent benefits package, including a 4pm finish every Friday, a generous holiday allowance that increases each year, your birthday off, breakfast every morning & free parking!

HOURS: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm | Friday 9am - 4pm


START: ASAP


SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE


LOCATION: Whiteley


CULTURE: Close-knit family feel team


Key duties include:



  • Meeting and greeting customers

  • Preparing and sending out invoices

  • Monitoring insurances

  • Entering accurate data onto the CRM database

  • Creating reports

  • Ordering supplies

  • Organising company events

  • Onboarding new staff and setting up equipment

  • Managing vehicle collection and delivery


Is this you?



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
