Job summary

First Fence in Swadlincote is recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to join our ambitious, supportive team. Reporting to the Sales Admin Team Leader, you will streamline order processing, handle customer enquiries and manage essential sales documentation in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the Sales Advisors with daily duties, prepare quotes, reach out to customers by phone to chase quotations and complete post-delivery calls, and ensure accurate data in our ordering system

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales teams and handling enquiries.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Excellent organisation and time-management.
• Proficient with Word and Outlook; basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Advisors with day-to-day duties.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
• Follow up with customers via phone to chase quotations and post-delivery calls.
• Process orders by email, phone and web; upsell FF products.
• Enter orders accurately into the system.
• Maintain up-to-date sales records and ordering processes.
• Support overflow reception calls and collaborate with colleagues.
