Job summary

A residential surveying company is seeking a part-time RICS Surveyor. This remote role requires customer support and sales experience. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing orders, raising invoices, and maintaining client relationships. Overview

RICS SURVEYOR is an innovative residential surveying company which specialises in providing tailored pre-purchase RICS Home Surveys, Housing Disrepair Surveys and Residential Valuations. The company incorporates the latest technologies to ensure that surveys and reports are accurate, timely and cost-effective.

Location and hours

Home Based / Remote.

Part-Time Role with flexible working hours. Minimum 20 hours per week.

Salary

£26-30k per annum pro rata. Salary is dependant upon experience and hours worked per week.

  • Business development - Maintaining B2B clients and developing new relationships with estate agents, solicitors, financial advisers, building contractors etc.
