THE JOB:

Working out of the office Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.45pm. As Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the UK sales team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • This varied and fast-paced position involves processing orders, contracts and consignment stock
  • Managing customer enquiries, coordinating with departments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate records, and liaising with headquarters to manage UK warehouse stock.
  • You will also handle invoicing, credit notes, customer statements, and returns
  • As well as support sales representatives with essential administrative tasks to help the team operate smoothly and efficiently.

THE PERSON:

We are looking for a confident and highly organised individual with at least two years’ experience in a similar administrative role.

  • You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Above all, you will bring a proactive, can-do attitude
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
