Crown Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Sales Administrator to join their fast-paced Sales & Account Management team.

Where you will be based

This role will be office based in Enfield.

What is a Sales Administrator to us?

This role will be instrumental in delivering administrative support to the Sales & Account Management team. Providing creative, sales-focused client communications and being pivotal in distributing workload across the team, to improve the efficiency.

The role requires an interpersonal individual that has the ability to work in a high pressure environment with a solution-oriented approach to problem solving. There is a requirement to learn IT systems quickly and have an understanding of the importance of sales performance.

What you will do
  • Develop strong working relationships and complete administrative tasks for internal stakeholders e.g. completion of bid documents from internal stakeholders such as IT, Compliance & HR.
  • Assistance with bid management, tender submissions and all additional legal documentation received by the sales team.
  • Support in the development and roll out of crown instant, online shop for small clients.
  • Assist the sales team through the creation of client proposal templates.
  • Work alongside the client on-boarding team to ensure that every new client receives the same experience and messaging.
  • Assisting with B2B marketing campaigns through existing and new marketing channels.
  • Support for internal and external events, including coordination of diaries, attendees, equipment, promotional items, transport, and accommodation.
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Assistance with the day to day management of our CRM system, Dynamics.
  • Providing administrational support to the BDM’s and Account Managers to drive sales.
  • Assistance with key implementation programmes to drive sales growth (e.g. QWILR)
