Sales Administrator (Part-Time, 25 Hours) – £24700

Location: York | Department: Sales | Type: Part-Time | Office-Based

Britsafe is an established but ambitious company based in York, specialising in the provision of security and cleaning services to commercial clients across the UK. We’re growing – and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help drive new business opportunities.

Job Description

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in our small but dynamic sales team. This is an exciting, office-based opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for CRM administration, B2B lead generation, and outbound email campaigns to support the Sales Director and overall team performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and gather information on new B2B leads

  • Make outbound qualification calls to potential clients

  • Accurately input and manage data within our CRM system

  • Configure and optimise CRM workflows and email campaigns

  • Maintain and update CRM database with consistent, high-quality data

  • Generate CRM reports and dashboards

  • Schedule prospect meetings for the Sales Director

  • Stay current with CRM features and recommend improvements

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is not only organised and tech-savvy, but also enjoys supporting sales activity and helping the team succeed.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Self-starter attitude with a collaborative approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Outlook)

  • A good memory for detail and a solution-focused mindset
