What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the end-to-end sales order process
  • Liaising with suppliers and tracking product samples
  • Maintaining stock records and sales-related documentation
  • Preparing product information, images, and catalogues
  • Supporting sales events, promotions, and client interactions
  • Assisting with diary management, reporting, and CRM updates

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a sales support or admin role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with a customer-focused approach
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative
