Overview

Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Stone, Staffordshire
Full-Time: 24-26K-Permanent Contract available

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Process and track sales orders, invoices, and customer accounts
  • Prepare orders and quotes, and other documentation
  • Liaise with customers to resolve queries quickly and professionally
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records in MRP/Sage systems
  • Manage key accounts to ensure excellent service is upheld
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
  • Solid understanding of B2C and B2B sales process
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working with MRP/Sage software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
  • Experience in a similar role within manufacturing would be an advantage
