Overview
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Stone, Staffordshire
Full-Time: 24-26K-Permanent Contract available
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Process and track sales orders, invoices, and customer accounts
- Prepare orders and quotes, and other documentation
- Liaise with customers to resolve queries quickly and professionally
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records in MRP/Sage systems
- Manage key accounts to ensure excellent service is upheld
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
- Solid understanding of B2C and B2B sales process
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with MRP/Sage software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
- Experience in a similar role within manufacturing would be an advantage
