As a Sales Administrator at Jahangir Balti & Tandoori Restraint, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the restaurant's marketing and Sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Curate and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Monitor social media channels, engage with customers, and respond to comments and messages. Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create visually appealing and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the restaurant's website. Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure high-quality and on-brand materials.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to promote special offers, events, and updates. Manage customer databases and segment lists for targeted email campaigns.
  • Event Promotion: Coordinate and promote restaurant events, special promotions, and collaborations. Collaborate with the events team to create marketing materials and ensure effective promotion before and during events.
