Are you an organisational superstar with a passion for supporting high-performing teams? We’re on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join our client's business in Colnbrook!

You’ll be the glue that holds the sales team together – handling all things admin, keeping records up to date, and making sure both colleagues and clients get the support they need. ️

️ What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the sales team & management with admin tasks
  • Processing orders
  • Preparing quotes, proposals & invoices
  • Keeping customer records and CRM systems up to date
  • Communicating with clients about orders & deliveries
  • Producing sales performance reports
  • Coordinating with logistics, finance & customer service teams
  • Managing inbound calls & emails ️
  • What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in sales admin or similar
  • Super organised & detail-obsessed
  • Clear and confident communicator ️️
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
