JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: £24,000
LOCATION: Poole

The role:
Proactively following up on sales leads
Assessing customer needs and providing product information
Accurately entering and managing customer orders
Coordinating with the logistics team to schedule and arrange timely deliveries of products to customers
Ensuring that delivery schedules are met and communicating any changes or delays to customers
Handling order modifications or cancellations
Providing customers with an excellent service
What You'll Bring:
Fantastic communication skills
Able to build strong relationships with customers
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confident user of MS office packages
