Job description

Competitive Salary, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, 34 days paid leave, pension, retail discounts and EAP.

As one of the major visual communications groups specializing in the design, print, and fulfillment of promotional marketing materials for Retail and FMCG sectors, continued growth has created a need for a new Account Executive to join their longstanding team. The role is about maintaining a strong and lasting client relationship and will involve:

  1. Studio briefing, raising estimates, and booking in work with production.
  2. Proof-reading and checking files before they go to print.
  3. Taking effective written and verbal briefs.
  4. Liaising with all departments.
  5. Communicating with clients and customers.

It would be beneficial if you have experience in sales administration, account management, business development, customer service, and a drive to succeed. Relationship building and communication skills will support your success. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be key as you will be managing clients' requests and escalating requirements as needed. Experience with Tharstern would be useful; however, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
