The successful candidate will support the sales department by providing administrative assistance, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and assisting in the coordination of sales activities to enhance business growth. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, order forms, and proposals for clients.. 2. Customer Service: Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring prompt resolution of any queries or issues.. 3. Order Processing: Manage order entries, track inventory levels, and process orders in a timely manner.. 4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory in the company database.. 5. Reporting: Generate regular sales reports for the management team, tracking sales performance, order status, and inventory levels.. 6. Communication: Handle both internal and external communications, ensuring smooth communication with clients, vendors, and other departments.. 7. Customer Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring they are accurate and sent on time.. 8. Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing sales calendars, and organizing sales events.. . . ** Key Skills and Qualifications:**. 1.
