A worldwide global manufacturer is looking to add a Sales Administrator to their growing business. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in preparing technical quotations. Over the years, they have invested significantly in machinery, projects, and training to develop the team and the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Production plan for the designated area on a required basis (Daily, Weekly, etc.), including work orders, production records, and lookaheads.
• Control and process production records, bulk packing, conversions, and scrap records in a timely manner in coordination with production.
• Create weekly capacity analysis for planning review with production.
• Create and maintain the cycle count schedule, allocate stock parts to cycle count IDs, and process variances with finance in the GP system.
• Coordinate with Design on BOM & Drawing release and updates.
• Liaise with purchasing and production to rectify stock shortages and anomalies.
• Maintain communication with project coordinators regarding potential and actual delays to the plan.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience within a manufacturing factory environment.
• Planning or production control experience.
• Understanding of BOMs (Bills of Materials) & routing structures.
• IT literacy – MS Excel (intermediate minimum, advanced preferred) & Word.
• Experience with MS Great Plains is desirable but not essential.
