Driver Hire Leeds West are recruiting on behalf of our customer based in Leeds who are a long established small company supplying auto parts to the trade and customers. They require a Sales Administrator for their busy office. This is a family run company and every one mucks in, so expect this to be a varied role where no 2 days are the same. The role is Temp to Perm so you would work for Driver Hire for 14 weeks then if all goes well, you would become a permanent member of our customer’s team.

  • While working for Driver Hire Leeds West – £13.60 per hour (PAYE Accrued) – £14.57 per hour (PAYE Advanced)
  • Once Permanent – £14.00 to £14.50 per hour, DOE (PAYE Accrued)

The Role: As a Sales Administrator:

This is a varied role, but comprises elements such as:

Monday – Friday 07:30 to 17:00.

  • Overseeing the busy Trade Counters.
  • Managing incoming calls/emails from customers effectively
  • Following up quotes to convert to sales.
  • Checking and picking parts for deliveries from the Warehouse.
  • Speaking to suppliers on a daily basis,
  • Organising delivery routes efficiently for drivers in line with customer expectations.
  • Driving vans to make deliveries to customers when the need arises.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
  • No more than 6 points on licence for minor offences only.
  • High standards of customer service and a positive communicator.
  • The ability to work flexibly in a small team.
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • An organised person who can prioritise their workload every day.
