We are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive / Sales Administrative to work for a leading company based in Kidderminster. The company is going through a growth period and is looking to bring on an individual who can help continue with the growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new and existing customer sources to develop successful referring relationships.
- Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
- Achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
- Assist the sales team in all administration duties.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Potential to visit customers both new and existing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
