Part Time hours 9.30am - 2pm

My client is looking to recruit a part time Sales Administrator. If you are looking for a great opportunity and career progression and have a passionate attitude, then we want you!

Main Duties:

1. Actively reviewing customer accounts to maximise sales potential.
2. Taking new leads for potential customers.
3. Assisting with the processing of orders.
4. Assisting the Sales Directors.
5. Look for ways that systems/procedures can be improved and communicate these with management.
6. First point of contact for all customers on the sales line.
7. Preparing quotations for customers.
8. Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
9. Ensuring that communication between departments is ongoing.
10. Look after allocated customer issues in conjunction with the appropriate regional support manager.
11. Dealing with customer disputes.
12. Organise collections and deliveries.
13. General office administration duties.

Skills Required:

1. Proven record in a sales environment within our Industry.
2. Excellent customer service interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Professional experience of general administrative and customer service tasks.
4. A high level of computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Excel.
5. Ability to work independently, flexibly and to use own initiative to solve problems proactively.
6. Organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to manage workloads, prioritise and work to deadlines.
8. Ability to work with complete confidentiality.
9. Ability to work as part of a small team.
