About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Sales Director and helping the sales team deliver outstanding service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator
  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing a professional and friendly service
  • Support the Sales Director with day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinate orders and track progress to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update internal systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication between sales, production, and logistics
  • Follow up with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues
About you as a Sales Administrator
  • Previous experience in a sales administration, account management, or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with clients regularly
  • Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Confident working with data, reports, and CRM systems
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
