Sales Administrator

At Allied Vehicles we design, develop, and manufacture a wide range of specialist vehicles, including wheelchair accessible vehicles, taxis, and minibuses.

In addition to manufacturing vehicles, we also offer a range of aftersales services (onsite and mobile), including servicing, repairs and maintenance and we are Scotland’s largest independent parts distributor.

We are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Admin department, working as part of the international team.

You will offer administration and general support to the Sales Administration department.

Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm and the salary is £25,939.74 per annum + bonus.

• Process sales orders
• Invoice using CRM system
• Contact customers with updates, delays, progress etc.
• Liaise with Transport department and customers to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner
• Support sales team by responding to customer queries
• Process and produce paperwork for customs agents in a timely manner.

• Excellent administration knowledge, gained through experience in a similar role.
• Good computer literacy, competent in the use of Microsoft office packages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer Service skills.

Previous experience of working in the automotive industry and using a CRM would be advantageous but is not essential.
