Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Sales Co-ordinator to support our maintenance sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in a technical or engineering sales environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth processing of contract renewals, customer communication, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Co-ordination of maintenance contracts including existing and new.
  2. Pro-active renewal follow-up.
  3. Pro-active business development for new maintenance contracts to include site visits where deemed necessary.
  4. New maintenance contract sales through from quotation, follow-up to close.
  5. Proactive development of maintenance opportunities to existing and new clients.
  6. Variances to any of the above are immediately reported.
  7. The Head of Sales is informed immediately it becomes evident that further materials, support, or equipment is needed to complete the function safely and reliably.
  8. Any other responsibilities that may reasonably be expected.

The right person
  1. Knowledge of service contracts or maintenance agreements is a strong advantage.
  2. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  3. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  4. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with CRM/ERP systems is desirable.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

In return you can expect a salary of GBP29,500 plus bonus working Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and an early finish at 2pm on a Friday. 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, birthday off, and many benefits which will be discussed.
