A leading music and audio group is looking for a UK Sales Administrator to enhance customer service for resellers and internal teams. This role involves managing sales orders, logistics, and inventory while supporting Sales Managers. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and prior administrative experience. Salary: c.£29000 pa + excellent benefits
The primary function of UK Sales Administrator is to provide excellent customer service to both our resellers and internal teams, manage sales orders, Purchase Orders, and product delivery while maintaining systems. Working cross-functionally, it is our responsibility to process orders, provide relevant documentation, and organize shipments. Additionally, we support Sales Managers by keeping them informed of stock, account status, and monthly revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
This is a maternity cover position expected to last approximately 12 months, with a planned start date of 01.09.25.
Requirements include previous administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel with formulas, pivot tables, power queries), adaptability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
