Salary: c.£29000 pa + excellent benefits

The Role:

The primary function of UK Sales Administrator is to provide excellent customer service to both our resellers and internal teams, manage sales orders, Purchase Orders, and product delivery while maintaining systems. Working cross-functionally, it is our responsibility to process orders, provide relevant documentation, and organize shipments. Additionally, we support Sales Managers by keeping them informed of stock, account status, and monthly revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

This is a maternity cover position expected to last approximately 12 months, with a planned start date of 01.09.25.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Process sales orders and returns for UK and Ireland resellers.
2. Process internal sales for staff, loans, and artist orders.
3. Work with logistics partners and warehouses to ship and track orders within expected delivery times.
4. Report order status and backorders to Sales Managers.
5. Manage demand and supply planning for Focusrite Group's spare parts to support service centres and end users.
6. Maintain accurate inventory data and ensure availability information is accessible to stakeholders.
7. Prepare inbound and outbound shipping labels and documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
8. Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Requirements include previous administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel with formulas, pivot tables, power queries), adaptability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
