Job description

The role - Sales Administrator


Location - Dunblane


Hours - Full-time


Salary - £25-28k (depending on experience)



Office Angels is partnering with a manufacturing and retail client in Dunblane to recruit a Sales Administrator. Due to the location, access to your own transport is preferred. This role suits someone from a process-driven environment, ideally with customer service experience and familiarity with Sage 50 or similar finance software for tasks such as invoicing and dispatch notes.



Key Duties:-



  • Issuing purchase orders

  • Processing sales orders

  • Daily maintenance of commercial system and dealing with incoming enquiries

  • Answering incoming calls regarding shipments and deliveries

  • Printing, collating and maintaining documents

  • Getting orders ready for delivery ensuring all relevant shipping/delivery documentation is compliant

  • Diary management

  • Managing electronic filing system and control of emails

  • Ensuring compliance is met in line with all company standards and procedures



Skills:-



  • High level of IT literacy - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Sage 50 experience (desirable)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexible and adaptable to change

  • Previous experience in a commercial/technical administration role

  • Excellent attention to detail is critical



The role will ideally suit someone who self-motivated, committed to delivering a high standard of work and preferably has previous experience of working within a similar role. Previous experience in technical/distribution environment would be beneficial.
