Vehicle Sales AdministratorLocation: Lookers Birmingham HUBContract Type: Temporary, Full-Time (6 month FTC)Salary: £23,874.98 to £26,250 per annum (depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Lookers Birmingham HUB is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team within a well-established dealership, working closely with our experienced administrators and sales executives.

About the Role:This is more than just a typical Sales Administrator position. You will report directly to our knowledgeable Dealership Accountant at our dedicated Used Car HUB in Birmingham, gaining hands-on experience and valuable mentorship from one of the best in the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately add newly purchased vehicles to stock records

  • Maintain and update vehicle stock records

  • Ensure all vehicle documents (V5s, MOT history, service records) are complete, accurate, and securely filed

  • Tax all sold vehicles in advance of delivery

  • Promptly create accurate sales invoices, aligned with customer order forms

  • Verify documentation and payment before vehicle release to customers

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience using Kerridge is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided
