As a Sales Administrator, you will prioritize our customers’ needs, supporting the team to meet all requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Accurately ordering vehicles within specified time frames
  2. Allocating registration numbers and taxation for new vehicles, ensuring all documentation is correct
  3. Collaborating with the sales team throughout the sales process to deliver first-time-right service for the customer
  4. Invoicing and registering manufacturer warranties

Requirements for success:

  • Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
