Darlows Estate Agents in Rumney are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience of the home buying process, excel within a busy administrative role, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in progressing property sales from offer to successful completion, communicating with all key stakeholders along the way. What to expect as a Sales Progressor at Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff
  1. Register client details
  2. Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process:
  • Mortgage advisers or lenders
  • Solicitors
  • Your buyer
  • The vendor (client selling the house)
  • Surveyors
  • Any other key parts to the process
  1. Gather required documents to complete the sale
  • Identification
  • Mortgage agreement
  • Required insurance policies
  1. Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion
What’s on offer to you

On Target Earnings of at least £23,809

£17,500 to £22,000 (Depending on experience) Basic annual salary

Commission: 0.5% of all exchanges managed per month

Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline: 80% - £250; 90% - £500; 100% - £750

Demonstrable success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process

As a Sales Progressor,

we would expect you to manage client relationships, handle multiple cases simultaneously, and effectively communicate with and update key stakeholders to ensure smooth completion.
