The ideal candidate will have experience of the home buying process, excel within a busy administrative role, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in progressing property sales from offer to successful completion, communicating with all key stakeholders along the way. On Target Earnings of at least £23,809
£17,500 to £22,000 (Depending on experience) Basic annual salary
Commission: 0.5% of all exchanges managed per month
Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline: 80% - £250; 90% - £500; 100% - £750

Demonstrable success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
