Sales Administrator

Location: North Bristol
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6-weeks with significant potential of extension
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

We are seeking a highly organised sales administrator to support a busy retail sales team. The ideal candidate will help ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, contributing to a smooth and efficient vehicle sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the sales team to process customer vehicle orders and manage all related admin tasks.
  2. Handle vehicle orders, taxation, and collaborate with Retail Managers on finance paperwork and order tracking.
  3. Effectively prioritise tasks and deadlines.
  4. Liaise between customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to exact customer specifications.
About You:
  1. Previous experience in vehicle sales administration is essential and full training will be provided.
  2. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when dealing with documents.
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  5. Experience in the motor trade, automotive industry, or a dealership is essential.
