Sales Administrator - Exclusive to Axon Moore


Location: Blackburn


Salary: £24,000 + benefits


Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm | Friday 8:30am-3:00pm

Extras: Birthday day off

The Opportunity

Axon Moore is exclusively representing a well-established, values-driven business in the search for a Sales Administrator to join their close-knit commercial team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding quotes, orders, deliveries, and general enquiries
  • Work out pricing, apply discounts, and check stock levels efficiently
  • Process orders and customer paperwork within agreed SLAs
  • Prepare and manage documents including order confirmations, picking lists, and delivery notes
  • Book courier collections and liaise with internal teams
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and in line with company standards
  • Support the field sales team with customer service and admin tasks
  • Follow up on quotations and lapsed customer activity through occasional outbound calls
  • Participate in regular team meetings (SQCDP) and maintain a tidy, organised work space

What’s on Offer
