Sales Administrator

West Lothian
£26,000 per year
Mon-Thu 8am-4pm | Fri 8am-3pm (paid lunch break every day!)

We're looking for a Sales Administrator who's ready to jump in, take charge, and keep everything running like clockwork for a busy training company in West Lothian



What's the Role All About?

This isn't just admin-it's the engine room of the business.



You'll spend 60% of your time supporting the Training Department, making sure every booking, confirmation, and report is spot-on.


The other 40%? You'll be the go-to admin support across the business-jumping in wherever things need organising, fixing, or just a bit of your magic touch.



Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Training Admin (60%)



  • Processing training courses through internal CRM system timely and accurately

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with exisiting clients via telephone & email

  • Managing training bookings from start to finish

  • Chasing missing candidate information to ensure they are compliant & able to participate in courses prior to arrival

  • Investigate/answer queries associated with pre-booked courses to ensure 100% client satisfaction

  • Sending out booking confirmations and invoices to clients promptly

  • Creating weekly reports to help the team stay sharp & identify potential patterns in customer trends/bookings

  • Liaising with clients and trainers to keep everything on track


General Admin Support (40%)



  • Supporting other departments with day-to-day admin

  • Processing Modern Apprenticeship paperwork and ensuring compliance

  • Answering calls and emails with confidence and clarity

  • Helping with internal processes and keeping systems tidy

  • Being the calm, capable presence when things get busy ️



Who We're Looking For:

You're organised, proactive, and love a good checklist
You've got solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & Outlook)
You're confident, friendly, and great with people - communication is key
You stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
You're a team player who's always happy to help You'll hold a full UK drivers license - required due to client location
