Are you an experienced administrator who thrives on detail, accuracy, and supporting a busy sales function?

Do you thrive on structure, detail and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?


We are looking for a dependable, honest and proactive Sales Administrator to join our growing team. You will support our Business Advisors and Sales Team with key admin tasks, and take on broader administrative responsibilities that help the whole office function effectively.

You will play a key role in making sure our learners and clients have a smooth, professional experience, from enquiry to enrolment and beyond.

What you will do:
• Process customer orders, quotes and sales reports.
• Support sales team with admin and client queries.
• Keep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date.
• Complete research for our growth and development, and also for client projects.
• Assist with general office admin – filing, data entry, scheduling, and more.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep things on track.

What you will need:
• Sales administration experience.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• A hardworking, proactive, and trustworthy attitude.
• The flexibility to take on a variety of administrative tasks.
