Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Sales Administrator for its Distribution Center in Hook, Hampshire. You will handle purchase orders, verify customer details and payments, and keep sales records up to date. You’ll also communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve queries and gather missing information.

The Centers are an example of Cosentino’s total commitment to its clients, providing them with exclusive and high-quality service. The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network.

What you will do

• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

What you need to succeed

Experience:

• At least 3 years in a similar role
• High level of English

Knowledge:

• Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
• Strong SAP user knowledge is a must
