This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator seeking a new challenge and the chance to develop a successful, growing team.

About the Role - We are seeking a confident, highly organized Sales Administration Manager to coordinate the Sales Administration Team in Hull. The role ensures excellent customer service to all customers, including merchants. It requires a strong leader with a proven track record in team management and process streamlining. The successful candidate will ensure departmental efficiency, support the sales function with accurate data, excellent communication, and seamless coordination. Please note: Travel and overnight stays will be expected initially for onboarding and team integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales administration team, fostering a supportive and productive environment.
  • Oversee daily administrative processes supporting sales, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and generate reports for business decision-making.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service for smooth order processing.
  • Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes.
  • Support and manage CRM and sales system usage across the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales administration management.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Strong understanding of sales and administrative processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
