THE POSITION

Working within the Sales Administration function. This role reports into the Sales Administration Manager. The role is responsible for all aspects of Sales Admin (Trade & Internal) working to processes with agreed SLA. The role is a business support role covering the below tasks:

  1. Manage the Royal Sales Support inbox
  2. Co-manage the dual branded support inbox
  3. Creation of Business Partnership Agreements
  4. Updating Profiles in the AS400 internal system
  5. Create Sales Guides and Pricing Guides for internal & external use
  6. Provide day-to-day support to FST
  7. Attend and support events as required
  8. Liaise with our Contact Centre on escalated issues – where required
  9. Approve our loyalty programme requests
  10. Liaise with Call Centre on any resolution trade enquiries
  11. Provide Club Royal support for escalations and queries on Accounts
  12. Auditing support for general booking claims
  13. Salesforce Support for Account updates
  14. Invoice uploads for coop marketing
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
  • Minimum 1 year working in a sales support function role
  • Travel industry experience desired but not essential
  • Troubleshooting skills required to support Trade Partner issues across Trade Platforms
  • Required to learn internal systems
  • Provide customer service support to enquiries
