The Sales Admin Executive will contribute to the delivery of the customer-facing sales strategy (including telephony, major accounts and supporting web queries). Contributes to the engagement of clients and advisors through effective management of queries, ensur es and maintains data quality and accuracy within CRM and deliver s best - in - class service quality in line with SLAs.

What you’ll do:

This role supports the Sales function by assisting Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the wider leadership team. You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service by providing necessary sales materials, directing queries to the appropriate teams, and managing the general inbox with professionalism and efficiency. Your contribution will help ensure a seamless experience for both advisers and direct clients.

You’ll also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This includes working closely with teams such as Marketing, CRM, Operations, Product, and partner Banks to share insights, trends, and feedback that help improve business processes. Communicating clearly and regularly with the Business Development Team Leader will be key, particularly when presenting data, setting expectations, and reporting on sales performance. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and success of the wider Sales team through ongoing feedback, one-to-one sessions, and participation in appraisals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • BDM Inbox: To ensure the BDM inbox is maintained daily and we respond to all queries on the same day to ensure high client satisfaction and ensuring out partners and advisers are provided with all the assistance they need.
  • Missed calls and voicemails: To ensure all missed calls are monitored and called back within 2 hours, and then logged to ensure we are treating clients with the highest standard of customer service.
  • Communication: High quality of written and verbal communication with external partners, clients and internally too
  • Function growth: To provide front-line insight to the function to assist the BDMs daily and management to effectively assist our function and clients.
  • Illustrations: Assist the BDMs in creating illustrations for our clients and responding to any queries for illustration that come into the BDM inbox within SLAs
  • Tasks: To ensure the timely response to all task created for the function either by them self or directing to the relevant BDM.
  • Case management: To ensure that all cases and leads are allocated and created with in the SLAs set by the function.
  • Satisfaction scores: Ensuring our clients and advisers are looked after in the correct manner to maintain high trust pilot scores and to keep complaints and poor scores to a minimum.
  • Training: Assisting the team leads with training of new BDMs showing the how to manage the inbox, create illustrations and best practice with case management
  • CAR reporting: In addition to the missed calls and voicemails, ensure to update confluence with the daily CAR rates to assist the function hit our target.
