Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: 1-5 Oldchurch Road, Romford, RM7 0BQ

Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 pa base salary (Plus, monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPI's. There is no ceiling to the potential earnings but year 1 OTE should be circa 45-50k, year 2 OTE 60-80k & year 3 OTE 100k plus.)

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Shift and schedule: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

About the role:

• Manage and grow a customer portfolio for both business and personal customers.
• Discuss customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities.
• Ensure all customers are contacted in a timely manner.
• Provide quotes and process orders.
• Keep all customer records updated and accurate.
• Hit agreed-upon KPIs.
• Understand and take accountability for FCA Guidelines.

What we offer:

• Base salary of 25,000 - 27,000 pa, depending on experience.
• Monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPIs.
• OTE of circa 45-50k in year 1, 60-80k in year 2, and 100k plus in year 3.
• 20 days annual leave plus UK Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day every year up to a maximum of 25 days.
