A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Account Manager with retail experience to join an established and leading supplier. This role would suit an ambitious and target sales candidate with a background in Buying.
The Role:
Maintaining accounts and establishing relationships with various high street retailer/supermarkets.
Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients.
Following up on new leads and referrals.
Product development.
Identifying sales prospects and contacting these and other accounts as assigned.
Organising and attending meetings with Buyers.
Managing the development of critical paths.
Negotiation of sales/cost prices, lead times and delivery dates with retailers and factories.
Managing targets.
Identifying and resolving client concerns.
Participating in marketing events such as trade shows
Skills Required:
A minimum of 3-5 years working within a ladies or menswear supplier or retailer
A proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPI’s.
A fashion background with ladies soft separates knowledge.
Strong negotiation skills.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
