Main Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service to restaurant managers and kitchen managers among London’s top hotels and restaurants
• Handle customer inquiries with tact, confidence, and eloquence, including order cancellations, stock issues, and delays
• Make calls to clients to update on orders, stock availability, and promote deals
• Research potential customers’ menus and suggest appropriate produce
