What's the role?
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the very foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone.
This field-based role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability through Hilti Tools and Software.
What does the role involve?
- You will be responsible for the operational, organisational, and strategic sales and account management of your territory.
- Driving to customers in your designated region Monday-Friday, to build relationships and expand business by understanding customer needs and providing Hilti solutions.
- Demonstrating our innovative tools and state-of-the-art software to your customers.
- Utilising the Salesforce CRM system effectively.
- Working towards defined sales targets in your region.
What you need is:
- Have a full, manual UK driving license and willingness to travel for site visits Monday to Friday.
- No more than six points on your driving license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK; note that visa sponsorship is not available due to salary thresholds.
- Proven sales experience, in any industry.
- Interest or background in Engineering, Construction, or Technical fields is advantageous.
- Solution-oriented mindset to uncover customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

- Resilience and adaptability to engage with all customer levels, from Site Operators to Managing Directors.
