Une entreprise en pleine croissance dans le secteur des meubles de bureau recherche un Sales Account Manager expérimenté basé dans le Nord de l'Angleterre. Vous serez responsable du développement des relations à long terme avec les clients, de l'augmentation des ventes et du travail en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de vente. Qualifications

  • Expérience prouvée en tant que Sales Account Manager.

Job description

Showcase PSR focuses on office furniture supply to National Public Sector & the Education contracts. We deliver design led inspiring work spaces, that transform the way businesses work, providing the best possible solutions for our clients.

Showcase are looking for a North England based, experienced Sales Account Manager to join our expanding Sales Team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, as well as increasing and overseeing sales.

As a Sales Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customer’s needs and requests, respond to their enquiries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Sales Account Manager responsibilities include:

• Managing a selection of accounts to achieve long-term success

• Market and develop our Public Sector Framework Agreements

• Develop positive relationships with new and existing clients

• Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks

• Act as the point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs

• Attending client meetings

• Completing administration work, as required

• Monitor and report on account activity

• Achieve set sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

• Identify ways to maximise sales opportunities

• Record quarterly sales results and annual forecasts/pipelines

• Build strong communication lines with our supply chain

• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Skills & Experience

• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager

• Experience with working in Public Sector Contracts or within Contract with Universities

• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

• Understanding of sales performance metrics

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Organised with the ability to plan activity and balance priorities

• Positive, ambitious, hardworking and self-motivated

• Good presentation skills
