Job Description

The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services, and will be engaged with not only our Sales, Tech, Marketing, and Operation Departments, but also external clients such as system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve Dahua business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Dahua's current UK account portfolio and coordinate with HQ in dealing with customer requests regarding order processing/sales activities.
  • Liaise with Head of Sales Department to determine the range of video surveillance equipment to be introduced into the local market and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Identify channel customer needs and requirements, and analyse customers' reactions to all aspects of the product, price, post-sales service, etc.
  • Analyse sales figures, and assist the marketing department.
  • Maintain a long-term relationship with existing channel customers and recruit additional channel partners.
  • Drive target setting process, strategy formulation, and action planning across programs, operations, and key support functions to achieve the partner objectives.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports. Provide management with feedback based on requirements of current and future Dahua products and solutions.
  • Assist in the overall growth of the Dahua brand within the UK and Ireland market.

Key Attributes:

  • Prior experience in a sales role or account manager role will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience with distributors will be advantageous.
  • Good customer service skills and communication skills.
  • The ability to learn new technologies fast.
  • Initiative, honesty, and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems.
