As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the very foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone.

This field-based role is all about having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability through Hilti Tools and Software.

What does the role involve?

  • You will be responsible for the operational, organisational and strategic sales and account management of your territory.
  • Driving to customers in your designated region Monday-Friday, to build relationships and expand business in your region by understanding customer needs and then providing them with Hilti solutions.
  • Demonstrating our innovative tools and state-of-the-art software to your customers.
  • Utilising the best-in-class Salesforce CRM system.
  • Working towards defined Sales Targets in your region.
