A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established company based in the Wolverhampton area. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be self-motivated, and capable of generating new business. You will be the main point of contact for prospective and existing clients, responsible for commercial activities including quoting and converting into profitable business.

The day-to-day duties will include-

• Seek, develop, and secure new opportunities.
• Make outbound telesales calls to potential clients to generate and identify new business opportunities.
• Cold calling and lead generation.
• Maintain and develop existing accounts, upsell additional services.
• Manage new accounts with the aim of becoming the sole supplier.
• Handle quotations and all operational aspects of Sea, Air, and European Road movements.
• Build client base and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Actively promote the brand and provide exceptional customer service.
• Arrange regular client check-ups.

• Previous experience in an Air & Sea / European road sales or operational role is preferred.
• Commercially focused with a strong passion for customer service.
• Self-motivated and driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Confident communicator with a passion for their work.
• Ability to build a sales pipeline and manage customer accounts independently.
• Ability to work successfully in an autonomous role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
